One Day Event- Hire of the Wedding Barn and gardens from 8 am on the day of the Wedding for Setting up until 11 am the next day for clearing up the venue. (Times can be negotiable)

Gold Package
Three Day Event
£4,500
- Hire of the Wedding Barn and Gardens from 11 am the day before the wedding until 11 am the day after the wedding, for set up and clearing up the venue.

Four Day Event

- Onsite Accommodation for the duration of the stay (3 nights) for the wedding couple in our largest Glamping Pod or Treehouse with hot tub and welcome pack. This includes an extra night stay for the couple for a night of relaxation. A minimoon.
- Accommodation for two nights for up to 10 guests in our luxury glamping pods, all with private hot tubs with welcome packs.
- Wood for fire bowls
- Continental breakfast each morning, apart from the morning after the wedding when this will be a cooked breakfast, for couple and all guests staying in the glamping accommodation,
- £500 included towards venue styling of your choice. This could be fairy lights outside on the decked area, flower arrangements (not including wedding party bouquets or buttonholes), balloon arches or even hay bales for country seating outside.
- Venue hosts on hand to help with setting up and will completely clear and clean the venue after the celebrations.

All packages require a £500 deposit, and the remaining balance is payable 90 days before the wedding date. If payment is completed before the final payment date (90 days before Wedding Day) then, as a thank you, we will reduce the payment by £200
All packages are subject to our Terms and Conditions
For all packages, all catering will need to be sourced by you. However, we can provide on-site catering at extra cost and following discussion with you.
Alcoholic beverages will need to be sourced by you. Again, we are happy to discuss options with you.

- Please note all entertainment must end by 11 pm, due to our local planning laws.
- We can supply the sound system and pre-recorded music lists of your choice.
- Additional décor (e.g. chair swags or other decorations, flowers, etc).

- Rental of onsite accommodation for other guests (except for 4 day package)
